New Topic

1966 Mosrite Ventures Mark I with Moseley Vibrato Tailpiece.
Was modified in early '80s (Duncan pickups & custom guard) but since returned to (mostly) stock.
Back of neck and headstock have been stripped to natural and clearcoated.
Input jack has been moved to the edge and a pre-amp switch installed in its place on the pickguard.
Newer black Mosrite case with letter of sale from Loretta Moseley.
Asking price is $2,000 but I'm willing to accept more. Wink

Did anyone here buy this? Unfortunately Zuma died over this last weekend.

What?!?

??8O??

The Deadbeats

I should have left out the words "over this". Zuma was a frequent poster over on the GretschPages forums, a real quality guy. Yesterday his brother came on the forums to say that he had passed away saturday night. I checked, and his last post was early saturday morning. Unfortunately at the moment the gretschpages forums are down so I can't check and see whether his brother or anyone else said anything about what happened to him.

That's a real shame.. RIP!

Thanks for posting that, Fritz. I remembered this morning that Zuma had posted his Mosrite here and dropped in to let SG101 know about his passing. Thankfully you've already done so.

He was a stand-up guy and will definitely be missed.

I've just learned that Zuma took his own life. Please, if anyone here ever has any thoughts of ending it talk to someone about it. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Don't leave your friends and loved ones like that, people love you more than you can know.

HI,
This is Zuma's brother.
It's true he has passed away.
