Fri. July 31st
For folks who are going to the Purple Orchid on Friday.
Some of us are meeting around 7 to eat pizza for dinner at Vinny's. Its about 100 yards south east and down the hill from the parking lot, across the street from the Purple Orchid. Easy walk to the show from there.
Its at 143 Main St, El Segundo.

Sat. Aug 1st.
The Starting Gate Opens at 7 am, for Breakfast
come early, and make sure you get a good seat, or at least get in.
Sat Night, after the convention.
If you are not going down to the Show in Oceanside.
I would suggest that anybody that wants to Hang Out.
there is a El Torrito restaurant on the Corner of Katella and Valley View,
1 mile or so east of the Starting Gate
Believe me, you don't want to stay at the Starting Gate,
the band playing that night is pretty scary.
Sun Aug 2nd.
Before the HB pier show, there is a few different places on Main st.
and there is also the Snack Shack to the right of the Pier Plaza,
I would suggest getting down there early, and getting a good parking spot,
then eat there.
I will be there at 9 am ish
Sun evening after the HB pier show.
The Duotones are playing at Don the Beachcomber, in Sunset Beach.

Monday Morning, if you are still in town,
I was thinking of doing a meet up for Breakfast at 9 or 10 am.
in Huntington Beach.
Meet at the Surf Museum, Go Eat, come back, see the Museum.
then take a caravan trip down the coast 10 miles to the Wedge in Balboa Beach, see the Gillette Mansion where Dick Dale use to live,
come back up to Downtown Balboa, see where the Rendevous Ballroom
used to be, and look at the Memorial Plaque. then walk around the Funzone, and Balboa Island.
